There are some spots where the wood is a little discolored from normal wear and tear but it is in otherwise good shape. Legs are very easy to take off/put back on. Dimensions are 74 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 30 inches tall. We are on a 3rd floor walk up but the stairs are very wide so it’s not that hard to move out.
